Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 4 January 2021

Mr Alin Costea, 26, of Woodland Road, Birmingham, was given 3 points on his licence and fined a total of £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after charges of driving with a broken speedometer and unsafe passenger side door on a Ford Transit in Swindon on 11 February 2020 were proved in absence.

Mr James Essex, 27, of Parsons Walk, Holmer Green, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £438 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a BMW 7 series near Chippenham on 17 January 2020.

Mrs Magdalena Hajka, 37, of Pockeridge Road, Corsham, was given 3 points on her licence and fined £220 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after a charge of not having proper control of a Ford Focus in Trowbridge on 14 August 2019 was proved in absence.

Mr Osamudiamhen Osazuwa, 39, of Aldercombe Road, Bristol, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £480 with a victim services payment of £48 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a Nissan Qashqai near Swindon on 1 December 2019.

Mr Matthew Beumont-Farrell, 30, of Tuscan Road, Swindon was given 6 points on his licence and fined £190 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £55 after pleading guilty to driving a Peugeot 206 without insurance in Swindon on 6 November 2019.

Mr Awet Berhane, 29, of Twyford Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 14 days and fined £420 with a victim services payment of £42 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Skoda Fabia in Swindon on 19 June 2020.

Miss Esme Lukas, 23, of Beanacre Road, Melksham, was given 5 points on her licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after a charge of driving a Fiat 500 without due care and attention in Bromham on 28 October 2019 was proved in absence.

Mr Daniel-Marius Serediuc, 35, of St Peters Close, Chippenham, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £345 with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on M4 in a Renault Espace near Swindon on 22 October 2019.

Mr James Toogood, 87, of Foundry Road, Malmesbury, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £276 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Peugeot 308 without due care and attention in Brinkworth on 19 November 2019.

Mr James Ellery, 62, of Clarence Road, Teddington, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of Speeding on the M4 in a Volvo V60 near Swindon on 11 February 2020.

Mr Richard Farnan, 48, of Knowlands, Highworth, was banned from driving for 28 days and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £55 after a Proved Single Justice Procedure for speeding in a BMW 116D in Swindon on 4 January 2020.

Mrs Rita Mensah, 41, of Hurricane Road, Bowerhill, was given 6 points on her licence and fined a total of £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Nissan Note other than accordance with her licence and without insurance in Corsham on 5 February 2020.

Mr Elliso Bozito De Deus Pires, 27, of Bishport Avenue, Bristol, was banned from driving for 42 days and fined £438 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a BMW118D near Swindon on 21 May 2020.

Mr Christopher Rowe, 27, of Withymead Road, Marshfield, was banned from driving for 9 months and fined £345 with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £110 after a Proved Single Justice Procedure on charges of riding a Honda CBF 500 without insurance and without MOT in Malmesbury on 22 October 2019.

Mr Daniel Sahota, 44, of Dickenson Road, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined a total of £1106 with a victim services payment of £111 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a VW Golf, and having 2 bald tyres near Swindon on 15 May 2020.

Mr Charles Smith, 43, of Bishopston, Montacute, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £384 with a victim services payment of £39 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in an Audi A4 in Chicklade on 25 September 2019.

Mr Dion Titcombe, 30, of Rainscombe Road, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £427 with a victim services payment of £43 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Peugeot 308 in Swindon on 24 May 2020.

Mr Saad Khan, 19, of Fairlawn, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a VW Polo without insurance in Swindon on 25 March 2020.

Mr Brian Bingham, 27, of Stamford Close, Swindon, was ordered to pay compensation of £180 after pleading guilty to theft of a pedal cycle in Swindon on 21 September 2019. He was then ordered to pay £400 compensation after pleading guilty to theft of perfume and given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 24 months and banned from driving for 18 months after pleading guilty to dangerous driving in a Citroen C1, driving without insurance and other than in accordance with his licence in Swindon on 9 January 2021.
