The A420 is partially blocked whilst firefighters battle blaze in building near the railway line.
Four fire crews from Swindon, Stratton and Faringdon tackled the fire off the main road near Bourton at around 5pm.
The fire was extinguished by four breathing apparatus wears using a hose reel jet.
Arson is suspected; Wiltshire Police has been informed.
