Tewkesbury Way in Swindon has been closed due to a flood following a burst water main.
Hundreds of residents in the Toothill and Westlea areas are without water as police shut the main road into West Swindon this afternoon.
Thames Water arrived at the scene at 5.20pm.
No homes have been affected by the floodwater, but will be if it rises much further — according to a local resident.
