Miss Sarah Bye, 57, of Cedar Grove, Chippenham, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after it was proved she had driven a Ford Focus without due care and attention in Hungerdown Lane on 28 January 2020. Her car hit a pedestrian whilst they were on a zebra crossing, near The Pheasant public house — the woman suffered minor injuries.
