A woman was taken to hospital following a crash in Devizes yesterday (Tuesday, 26 September).
Emergency services were called to a head-on road traffic collision in A342 Dunkirk Hill shortly before 8.30pm.
A Ford Galaxy and a Renault Clio sustained significant front-end damage in the incident – which happened on or near the bend outside Browfort Cottage.
A woman, aged in her 30s, was taken to hospital as a precaution having sustained minor injuries.
Police initially closed the road in both directions but it was partially reopened at about 10.30pm, following recovery of the two cars involved.
