Wiltshire, a county renowned for its community spirit and lively traditions, has long celebrated events that bring people together. From local food festivals to bustling markets and charity fundraisers, there’s always something to look forward to. But lately, it’s the game nights that are stealing the spotlight, and bingo, in all its quirky forms, is leading the charge. These events are not just about the games; they’re about coming together as a community and having a great time.

Get ready to be part of some thrilling local bingo nights that you absolutely need to know about. These events, which occur regularly, are perfect for those who enjoy a bit of friendly competition, great tunes, and a good old-fashioned laugh. The anticipation is building, and we can’t wait to see you there.

Musical Bingo at Still Sisters, Trowbridge

Back by popular demand, Musical Bingo returns to Still Sisters Distillery on June 5th. Forget the numbers, here, it’s all about guilty pleasure anthems. Players mark off song titles and artists instead of digits, with a chance to win exciting prizes. Tickets are just £10 for three games, and with a start time of 7 PM, there’s plenty of room to grab a drink and settle in for an unforgettable night. These guys serve up some great games just like if you were on any popular online bingo platform, but with added gin and a dance floor.

Comedy Drag Bingo, Chippenham

Chippenham will never be the same once internationally famous drag queen Charlie Hides struts onto the stage. Known for her outrageous humour and electric energy, Charlie hosts a bingo night like no other. Expect stand-up, sassy commentary, bold prizes, and a full house of laughter. This four-hour spectacle is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above and includes food by Boston Burger, bingo sheets, and access to a fundraising raffle for Chippenham Pride 2023. You won’t just leave with memories, you might be going home with a prize and a belly ache from laughing.

Charity Musical Bingo Night, Bradford on Avon

If you’re looking for a night that combines great music with a great cause, this event’s got you covered. Hosted at the Wiltshire Music Centre, this lively game of musical bingo swaps out numbers for tunes from the last six decades. There’s even a sing-along round, and bonus points (and prizes) if you dress like your favourite pop icon. Food is served by the ever-popular Feast Brothers, and all proceeds support the Centre’s work in the local community. It’s all the fun of a night out with the bonus of doing good.

Cheesy Bingo, Trowbridge

Finally, we land at Cheesy Bingo, where the music is loud, the vibes are sillier than ever, and nobody goes home without a story to tell. Hosted at St Stephen’s Place in Trowbridge, this is not your nan’s bingo night. Think S Club, Vengaboys, inflatable unicorns, and enough party energy to fuel an entire hen weekend. Over-18s only; you’ll need to bring your singing voice.

Whether you’re in it for the cocktails, the comedy, or the chaos, Wiltshire’s bingo scene is bursting with personality. Grab your dabbers, rally your mates, and get ready for a game night like no other.
