Traffic comes to standstill on A419 as emergency services rush to crash

Traffic on the A419 near Swindon has come to a standstill following a crash.

Emergency services were seen responding to the incident on the northbound carriageway at around 9am this morning (Monday, 22 August).

The road traffic collision is understood to be between Blunsdon and Cricklade.

Two fire crews, police and ambulances are in attendance, but nobody’s believed to have been seriously injured.
