A teenage girl has been arrested after a woman died in a ‘disorder’ at a home in Swindon.
Police responded to reports of an incident unfolding at a property in Baydon Close, Moredon, at around 7pm this evening (Friday).
A woman, aged in her 50s, was found unresponsive. Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance was deployed alongside local ambulance crews.

Despite the best efforts of medics, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her family have been informed. Nobody else was injured in the incident.
A house has been cordoned off, with forensics carrying out investigative work. Detectives from the Major Crime Investigation Team are going door-to-door.
Wiltshire Police have confirmed that a teenage girl has been arrested. She is currently in custody for questioning.

The force is yet to reveal for what offence the child is being held.
DI Darren Ambrose from the Major Crime Investigation Team said: “This is a serious incident in which a woman has sadly died.
“We have set up a cordon at the address while an investigation is carried out. This is likely to remain in place overnight and throughout tomorrow.
“I can confirm that we have arrested a teenage girl in connection with this incident and we are not looking for anyone else.
“We would encourage people not to speculate on the circumstances around this incident.
“We appreciate the concern that this may cause the local community. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak to an officer.”
