A man’s accused of bashing a woman’s door in a ‘neighbour dispute’.
51-year-old Wayne Banks pleaded not guilty to a charge of criminal damage when he appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on on Tuesday (7 November).
It is alleged the defendant, of Ainsworth Road, Park South, was shouting at neighbour Cheryl Price to move her car on 16 March – before banging on her door so hard it bent out of shape.
The matter was set down for trial on 6 February 2024; he was released on unconditional bail.
