A Swindon driver was boxed in by traffic cops after ‘reacting to their presence’.
Concerned about the driver’s behaviour on spotting them in the Drakes Way area earlier today (Thursday), roads policing officers safely stopped the vehicle.
Officers, travelling in two marked vehicles, boxed in the suspicious car – a grey Volkswagen Polo – in before questioning the driver.
They were found to be uninsured, and were arrested on suspicion of drug driving following a positive DrugWipe test. The driver was taken to Gablecross custody.
