A loved one, Sophie Rhys-Morgan, set up a public fundraiser to help fund his funeral.
In a short tribute, she said: “Jamie was loved and adored by everyone, he had such a sweet soul and always knew how to put a smile on everyone’s faces.
“He was kind, caring, funny and like a little brother to everyone he most definitely lit up every room he was in.
“The funds raised for Jamie will all go towards his funeral to help his family at this very sad time, all donations are so kindly appreciated.
“Thank you for taking your time to read Jamie’s story. He will be missed very much and will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace our sweet boy Jamie.”
