There are severe delays on the A419 in Swindon this morning following a road traffic collision.
Two heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) were involved in the crash near Junction 15 of the M4 at around 10.15am, closing one carriageway southbound closing at least one lane.
Three ambulances, two fire engines and police are at the incident.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We were called at 10.15am to a report of a collision involving two lorries on the A419 northbound at Commonhead roundabout.
”Ambulance are in attendance.
”The road is currently blocked and recovery is being arranged for the vehicles. Drivers should avoid the area.”
