A man has been charged with sexual offences against a teenager over two decades ago.
Brian Morris, 61, appeared at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court to face the allegations on Friday (16 June).
It’s accused of raping and indecently assaulting the complainant before the year 2000.
The defendant, of Talbot Close, Salisbury, was released on bail to appear at Salisbury Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing next month.
Alleged victims of sexual crimes have the right to lifelong anonymity. It is an imprisonable criminal offence to share any piece of information that could lead to their identification.
