Police are appealing to the public for help in identifying these men in connection with assaults on officers in Trowbridge.
At around 6.50pm yesterday (10 April), we received a report of a disorder at The Greyhound pub in Mortimer Street.
While managing the situation, two of our officers were assaulted by members of the public. The officers involved fortunately only suffered minor injuries.
Two people are currently in custody in connection with the incident, and we are appealing to the public for help in identifying the individuals pictured.
Police Sergeant Greenland, based in Trowbridge, said: “Assaults on police officers when they are just trying to do their job will not be tolerated – there can be no excuse for it.
“A full investigation into the incident is ongoing and we will do everything we can to ensure anyone who threatens or harms our officers is brought to justice.
