A number of people were witnessed climbing on scaffolding outside a fire station at the weekend.

Pewsey Fire Station issued a warning to those involved in the reckless actions late on Saturday night.

Last night we received reports of individuals climbing on the scaffolding”, a Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson commented.

Adding: “To the individuals concerned Pewsey Fire Station is not a climbing frame and the scaffolding is out of bounds for members of the public. Please do not trespass, CCTV is active in this area.”

The fire station said it has reported the incident to Wiltshire Police.
