Wiltshire Police is unable to answer its own 999 and 101 calls this afternoon.
The force is currently experiencing some IT issues, and the phone lines are down.
A police spokesperson said: “Our 999 calls are being diverted to a neighbouring police force so if your call is an emergency it will be answered as normal.
“Our 101 calls are currently not being answered. If your call is not urgent please call back later when the IT issues are resolved.”
