A ‘doomed’ house on a roundabout in Swindon has narrowly escaped another impact.
Police were called to a road traffic collision in Cricklade Road, at the roundabout with Headlands Grove, yesterday evening (Wednesday 15 March).
A Mini Cooper is understood to have hit a lamppost outside a house which has been struck by two cars in recent months – including on Saturday (11 March).
At the end of 2022, a vehicle ploughed into the garden wall – demolishing a section of it. Numerous other incidents have taken place at the location, with some motorists blaming the road layout.
Wiltshire Police has been approached for comment.
