The B4042 is closed in both directions following a crash involving a lorry.
The single-vehicle collision happened at around 3pm this afternoon near Little Somerford.
The lorry has overturned and left the road. All three emergency services are on scene.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “The road will be closed for sometime please find an alternative route and share with anyone who may use this route!”
