Anyone trying to contact the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership this morning are likely to be unsuccessful after their phone lines developed a fault.
It means that those in crisis will find it even harder to reach the Intensive Service, with all calls to facilities and staff across Wiltshire being redirected to a single temporary number.
A spokesperson for the mental health partnership posted on Twitter: “Apologies, we are still experiencing technical problems with our phone lines.
“Should you need to contact us please call our switchboard number on 01179 772303 and they will be able to transfer your call. We are working to resolve this matter ASAP.”
