The court has granted the detention of thousands of pounds from two suspected drug dealers.
Andrew Donnelly and Carvey Thomas were found in possession of approximately £4,300 between them – alongside what police alleged to be burner phones and drug paraphernalia.
The pair, from Swindon, were arrested and questioned in custody in recent days – but Wiltshire Police said neither could provide an account for the large sums of cash.
Donnelly, of Gilman Close, was said to have £2,810, while Thomas, of Purcell Road, was said to have £1,496. The cash was located on their person and following a search of their home addresses.

Nigel Lord, an investigator with the force, told Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning (22 August) that both males were suspected of being involved in the supply of class B drug cannabis.
District Judge Joanna Dickens granted the detention of the cash for six months.
