A man has been charged after an XL Bully was found to be ‘out of control’ in Swindon.
78-year-old David Whatside faces an allegation under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
It’s alleged he was the owner of an XL Bully which was dangerously out of control in Churchward Avenue, Rodbourne, on 10 December last year.
The defendant, of Devon Road, is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (1 May).
