A man and woman has been arrested after police raided a property in Trowbridge.
Officers executed a drugs warrant in Clothier Leaze on Wednesday morning (26 November). The Wiltshire 999s team were invited to join the operation.
After forcing entry into a flat, two suspects – a man and woman – were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of the Class B drug cannabis.
“Officers seized 1.4 ounces of cannabis, £80 in cash, and multiple mobile phones”, PC Rodrigues-Wilkins said.
Adding: “The warrant was carried out as a result of community intelligence and part of an ongoing commitment to tackling illegal drug activity and county lines.

Adding that both suspects have since been released on bail as further investigation work is carried out in relation to potentially drug dealing.
Around 15 officers from the neighbourhood policing team and Local Police Tasking Team were involved in the raid, which took place at around 8.10am.
