A man has suffered serious head injuries in an attack outside a Chippenham pub.
Emergency services were called to the Black Horse in New Road at 2.40am on Sunday morning (19 May) following an assault in the street.
Two suspects are reported to have attacked the victim – a man aged in his 20s.
He was rushed to hospital with serious head injuries.
A man, aged in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm.
