A man has been arrested after a three-vehicle crash on the A420 near Swindon.
Emergency services were called to the road traffic collision at around 8pm on Friday (12 May).
Two cars and a van were involved in the incident, which left two people in hospital with injuries.
A man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and was taken into custody for questioning.
The road was closed between Gablecross and Old Vicarage Lane for around four hours.
A police spokesperson said: “At around 8pm yesterday evening (May 12) we responded to a three vehicle RTC on the A420 near South Marston.
“Two people were taken to hospital with injuries which are not thought to be serious.
“A man in his 40s has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and is currently in custody for questioning.”
