A major route near Wiltshire is closed – with an ambulance landing for a crash.
Emergency services responded to a serious road traffic collision on the A46 north of Pennsylvania at around 9am this morning (Sunday).
Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance is in attendance, having landed in a nearby field.
Further details about the incident are currently unclear, but the road is closed in both directions between the A420 and Gorse Lane.
Gorse Lane, which allows motorists to divert around the closed route via Tog Hill crossroads, is gridlocked.
