A woman who died in an apartment in Swindon yesterday morning has been named locally.
Former homelessness volunteer Louise Morecombe née Aldridge was found unresponsive at her address in Millgrove Street, Redhouse, at around 9am.
Critical care medics from Wiltshire Air Ambulance, which landed in a field near Tesco Express, attended but were unable to revive the 37-year-old and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Louise leaves behind four children and a fiancé.
In a statement released to Wiltshire 999s yesterday, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Shortly after 9am today (10/07) we received a call from the ambulance service about the sudden death of a woman in her 30s at an address in Millgrove Street, Swindon.
“Her death is not being treated as suspicious and her family have been informed.
“Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time and a file will now be prepared for HM Coroner.”
