Police in Wantage have released an appeal to the public for help in locating a missing woman who ‘may need medical treatment’.

Home Bargains employee Victoria Gellatly, aged 32, was last seen on Alfredston Place, Wantage yesterday morning, Tuesday 8 August.

Victoria is white, around 5ft 6in tall, medium build, with brown shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, black jacket and might be carrying a blue rucksack.

She has a large tattoo on the top of her left arm, and a small tattoo on her wrist.

Investigating officer, Jemima Kerr based at Didcot police station, said: “We are concerned for the welfare of Victoria, and she may require medical treatment.

“We would ask anyone who knows where she is or anyone who has seen someone matching Victoria’s description to come forward.

“We would ask that they please call 101 quoting reference 1105 8/8/17.”
