Emergency services have arrived at a home in Wichelstowe tonight.
The police, fire and ambulance service arrived on East Wichel Way at around 10.40pm.
Firefighters were seen using ladders to access the upper windows.
The incident turned out the be a false alarm and the occupants are safe.
