Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 4 January 2021

Mr Edward Goddard, 52, of Winchester Street, Southampton, was fined a total of £1400, with a victim services payment of £120 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to hunting mammals with a dog, and poaching in the form of lamping, in Collingbourne Ducis on 20 December 2019.

Mr Luke Ockendon, 24, of Manor Park Drive, Yately, was fined a total of £800, with a victim services payment of £60 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to hunting mammals with a dog, and poaching in the form of lamping, in Collingbourne Ducis, near Marlborough, on 20 December 2019.

Mr Leonard Silva, 18, of Beatrice Street, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £76 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £42 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis, riding a moped under the influence of cannabis, riding without insurance and riding other than in accordance with his licence in Swindon on 28 April 2020.

Mr Daniel James-Hannan, 27, of Dyrham Court, Swindon, was fined a total of £230 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of a cannabis plant and possession of cannabis in Swindon on 16 August 2020.

Miss Lucy Evans, 19, of Royston Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 18 months and given a community order for curfew with electronic monitoring for 8 weeks with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to dangerous driving in an Alfa Romeo, driving without insurance and driving other than in accordance with her licence in Highworth on 14 April 2020.

Mr Daniel Banks, 28, of Louise Raynor Place, Chippenham, was fined £50 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to drunk and disorderly in Swindon on 22 August 2020.

Mr Joseph Bidwell, 26, of Telford Close, Newcastle Upon Tyne, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to driving a Daewoo Kaloson other than in accordance with his licence and without insurance in Mere on 27 February 2020.

Mr Lewis Delicata, 27, of Orchard Lodge, Swindon, was banned from driving for 6 months and given a community order for 120 hours unpaid work, with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified and driving a Fiat Stilo using fraudulent registration plates, and without insurance or MOT in Hook on 17 April 2020.

Mr Benjamin Jones, 26, of Tockenham, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £400 with a victim services payment of £40 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a VW polo while under the influence of cannabis and possession of cannabis in Swindon on 27 May 2020.

Mr Josh Reason, 23, of Windmill Place, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and given a community order for 120 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a blood specimen, and carrying a bladed article in Swindon on 29 May 2020.

Mr Benjamin Smith, 29, of no fixed abode, was ordered to pay compensation of £50 after pleading guilty to assault in Swindon on 19 June 2020.

Mr Michael Jefferies, 31, of Poplar Avenue, Swindon, was fined £50 after pleading guilty to failing to comply with supervision requirements after being released from prison.
