A driver has been taken to hospital after a rush-hour crash in Trowbridge.
999 crews responded to reports of a road traffic collision in Bradford Road shortly after 5pm yesterday evening (Wednesday, 18 December).
The incident, outside Enterprise car rental, involved a white Hyundai i10 – which is believed to have struck a parked red Ford Kuga.
The Hyundai sustained front-end damage, while the Ford suffered rear offside damage.
The driver – a woman aged in her 70s – was taken to the Royal United Hopsital in Bath for treatment. Though they are not believed to have sustained any serious injuries.
Emergency services kept the road closed for around two hours while paramedics attended and the vehicles were recovered.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that no arrests were made.
