A driver has been injured with a lit cigarette in a road rage incident in Swindon.
The altercation happened on the junction of Manchester Road and Corporation Street at around 5.30pm on Friday (6 September).
Initially, the incident involved a verbal argument between the drivers of a Land Rover and a Renault van.
A lit cigarette butt was thrown into one of the vehicles, hitting a victim in the eye – causing lasting pain and redness.
