A driver has been arrested after flipping their car onto its roof in a quaint Wiltshire town.
Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision in Pettridge Lane, Mere, at around 8.30am this morning (Tuesday).
The incident involved a blue Audi S3, which overturned – causing the driver minor injuries.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service attended alongside the ambulance service and police.
The driver provided officers with a roadside sample of breath – which measured 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
The road is closed between Dark Lane and The Lynch, but is expected to reopen by 10.30am.
