A car overturned after hitting mud on a country lane near Swindon this afternoon.
A mother and her two young children were inside the vehicle when it slid off the road and flipped onto its roof before coming to rest in a ditch at around 12.30pm.
Firefighters, paramedics and police officers all raced to the incident on the unnamed road between B4553 (Cricklade) and Tadpole Lane (North Swindon).
Despite the dramatic crash, the family escaped with only minor injuries.
Hero passersby reportedly stepped in to help the woman and her children before working to recover their Christmas presents from the wreckage.
