The victim of a Chippenham flasher says the ‘very tall, ginger’ man was armed with a knife.
A woman had sat down to eat in the woodland between Bristol Road, Plantation Road and Woodlands Roads at around 5.15pm on Sunday afternoon when the incident happened.
A man, described as in very tall, ginger and in his early 20s, exposed his genitalia and touched them on the opposite side of the small stream before reportedly pulling a knife out.
He’s said to have then used the knife to slice nearby trees and plants whilst walking away. The weapon was not used towards to victim at any point.
The man was white, clean-shaven, and wearing a black Adidas jumper and burgundy joggers.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “It is alleged that the man took out a flick knife that he proceeded to use to hack at some nearby plants. It is not believed to have been used to make threats towards the victim.
“There were a number of dog walkers in the area that officers would be keen to speak to ascertain where the man may have headed towards to assist with CCTV searches.
