A car has reportedly smashed into recovery truck – causing the closure of the M4 in Wiltshire.
Emergency services were called to the westbound carriageway between Swindon and Chippenham at around 7am this morning (Wednesday).
According to a witness, a car travelling at high speed struck the recovery vehicle, causing it to spin and hit the central reservation.
Traffic is currently at a standstill.
