A woman from Calne is to stand trial accused of assaulting her husband.
Amanda Parke appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on 18 December.
The 56-year-old pleaded not guilty to a single count of common assault.
It’s alleged the defendant assaulted her husband during an incident on 6 June 2025.
Due to a significant backlog of cases, a trial date was set for 29 June 2027.
Both the complainant and the defendant’s son are expected to give evidence.
Parke, of Thatcham Close, Calne, was released on unconditional bail.
