Boats have been deployed on the River Avon in the search for a missing man in Chippenham.
Wiltshire Search and Rescue (WILSAR) are actively hunting for 21-year-old Sebastian, who was last seen in The Black Horse pub at 11.30pm on Thursday (27 February).
Information shared online suggests he was refused service at the pub, before walking into Lovers Walk and near to the radial gate/weir near Gladstone Road.
Last night, WILSAR dozens of specially-trained volunteers were deployed – as were boats on the River Avon to carry out water searches.

At 8pm, officers were using a device to search the weir area. Yellow wires were dangled into the water from the radial gate, but didn’t uncover anything of concern at the stage.
Sebastian is a white male, described as about 5ft 10in, with brown hair in a fringe, has a slim build and was last seen wearing a grey jumper, blue jeans and a beige fur lined jacket.
“The fact that he has gone missing is out of character and his family are extremely concerned for his welfare”, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said.
