A biker suffered multiple broken bones after a crash on the A420 at Lanhill.
Emergency services were called to the major route, just outside Chippenham, following a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Wednesday (28 February).
A car, understood to be a Volvo XC60, and a red Honda motorcycle were involved in the incident at around 5.40pm.
Police closed the road for just over an hour as paramedics provided emergency care to the biker.
The man, aged in his 50s, sustained multiple broken bones and was taken to hospital for treatment. It’s understood that he will make a full recovery.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that the biker’s injuries aren’t believed to be life-changing.
