A road is likely to be closed for several hours following a serious crash near Salisbury.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A354 at Coombe Bissett at around 6.40am today (8 September).
The road is closed in both directions south of the village whilst 999 crews deal with the incident.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We are currently dealing with a road traffic collision on the A354 at Coombe Bissett, south of Salisbury.
“We were called to a two-vehicle collision shortly before 6.40am today (08/09) and emergency services are currently at the scene.
“The road is blocked so we would ask people to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
“Thank you for your patience. We will provide updates in due course.”

The road reopened shortly before 9am.
