The A338 south of Salisbury is closed while police deal with a collision.
The road was closed between Charlton All Saints and Downton in both directions at 2.30pm.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance have attended the scene.
Wiltshire 999s understands that at least three men were injured in the collision.
It could be closed for several hours depending on the severity of the crash.
