The A338 is blocked in both directions after a crash in a Wiltshire village.
Emergency services were called to the The Headlands in Downton, near Salisbury, at around 3pm this afternoon (Friday).
Further details about the road traffic collision are unclear, but Wiltshire Police say the route is likely to be shut for at least two hours.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Please be advised that we are currently in attendance of a road traffic collision on The Headlands, A338, in Downton.
“The road is blocked and traffic is building. We expect the disruption to last for the next couple of hours. Please seek alternative routes.”
