Police have arrested a Chippenham man for ‘stalking and making death threats’.
Officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary visited a property in the Union Road area in the early hours of this morning (19 May).
Several police vehicles were parked in the street at around 1.30am as the arrest was made.
An 18-year-old male, of no fixed abode, was arrested on suspicion of stalking involving fear of violence, witness intimidation and making threats to kill.
The alleged offences took place in the Gloucestershire area.
The suspect remains in police custody for questioning.
