UPDATE: Man dies after collapsing outside Chippenham cinema
Emergency services have attended a serious incident in Chippenham.
Half a dozen 999 vehicles lined Marshfield Road, outside REEL Cinema, at around 3pm this afternoon (Saturday).
Two ambulances crews, a paramedic officer and Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance critical care medics were in attendance alongside police.
Officers taped off the area, including the footpath and bus stop – as medical teams worked at the scene.
It’s not clear whether the incident took place in the cinema or outside of the building.
The cordon was taken down and emergency crews began to leave the area by 4.30pm.
Wiltshire Police has been approached for comment. Updates follow.
