A Swindon man has admitted killing his passenger in a drink-drive crash.
Artur Mieszczak crashed his car on Old Birdlip Hill in Witcombe, Gloucestershire, on 6 July 2023.
A male passenger died at the scene, while a female passenger sustained serious injuries.
The 41-year-old, of Old Town, Swindon, pleaded guilty to causing death while drink driving, causing death by driving a vehicle while uninsured and causing death by driving a vehicle without a licence.
At Gloucester Crown Court on Tuesday (4 March), he was remanded into custody ahead of sentencing on 12 March.
