An incident on a Wiltshire industrial estate sparked a huge emergency response today (Friday).

999 crews were spotted attending a business, believed to be Regency Laundry, in Leafield Way, Corsham, from around 3.30pm.

Four Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) ambulances – carrying a team of specialist paramedics trained and equipped to deal with the most dangerous of incidents – were sent to the scene.

Several fire crews, fire officers and police were also there. Exactly what sparked the response is unknown.

Wiltshire Police and Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service have been approached for comment. Updates to follow.
