A man has been found dead at a house in Swindon, Wiltshire Police has confirmed.
Detectives have launched an investigation into the death in Argyle Street today (Friday, 8 July).
South Western Ambulance Service was first to attend the incident at around 11am this morning.
The force says the man, aged in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene – but at present, it has not been established how he died.
Police say his death is being treated as unexplained, so detectives are working to ascertain if they believe there were any suspicious circumstances.
Forensics were spotted attending the address this afternoon as the probe continues.
A crime scene alongside the property was also cordoned off as a crime scene at 4pm today.
