Tributes have been paid to a ‘beautiful’ mother found dead in a Calne woodland.
Police were called to reports of a body being located in a wooded area on Bremhill Lane, just off the A4, at around 10am on Friday (30 October).
It came hours after Wiltshire Police launched an urgent search for missing mum Leah Gallop, who had left her home address in the early hours of the morning.

The 31-year-old’s family were informed of the discovery and supported by officers, although formal identification had not taken place.
Armed police officers and ambulance crews attended the scene, with a cordon put in place while detectives carried out enquiries.
Police said they did not believe there were any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death – understood to come after a battle with mental health.
Following the tragic discovery, friends and family took to social media to pay tribute to Leah, remembering her as a much-loved mother whose smile could light up a room.
One person wrote: “You have touched the hearts of so many people more than I think you ever realised.
“You smile lit up the room and your presence was known always. My heart is with your beautiful babies this evening.”
A family member said: “Our beautiful cousin Leah Gallop. I hope you are at peace, we will love you forever & always.”
Another friend, who had known Leah since childhood, wrote: “R.I.P beautiful woman ill never ever forget all our memories from the age of 6.
“Mental health sucks but rest easy now angel no longer suffering no more pain”
Someone else commented: “I am heartbroken to hear this news. All the memories from being teens! I hope you’ve found some peace. Thinking of your babies and family right now”
Another tribute read: “We will miss you Leah! You will be the brightest angel in heaven today! rest easy”
Wiltshire Police previously confirmed that enquiries into the death were ongoing, but there were not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
