Police are investigating a mystery incident which took place outside Poundland in Swindon town centre.
The incident happened outside the store on Saturday 12 September, but police have not revealed any details about what occurred.
As part of their investigation, officers have released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify.
He is described as having a beard and long dark hair and was with a large dog on a lead, possibly a Bordeaux Mastiff.
