A driver has been pulled over by traffic cops after filming the scene of a crash on the M4.
Emergency services were dealing with a road traffic collision when the man, who was at the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra, used his mobile phone to video the incident.
Wiltshire Police’s roads policing officers caught up with the vehicle, taking the driver off the motorway and issuing him a traffic offence report for using a mobile phone while driving.
“RPU Dealing with an RTC M4 when the Astra driver clearly recognised the officers off the socials and filmed as he went past”, a spokesperson wrote on social media.
Adding: “…personal experience followed with paper work being issued.”
