A school bus has crashed through a hedge on a busy route near Salisbury.
The incident happened on the A345 at High Post – outside The Stones Hotel – at around 8am today (Friday).
It’s not clear what happened, but it’s thought the vehicle was in the hotel car park when it was reversed through the hedgerow – coming to rest on the carriageway.
The vehicle involved is a Salisbury Cathedral School-branded minibus. It’s not know if any children were on board at the time.
One lane is blocked, causing significant traffic delays in both directions past the scene.
Police are in attendance but nobody has been injured.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Drivers should expect delays in the High Post area following a collision on the A336 involving a mini bus.
“The incident happened just after 8am this morning.
“Nobody has been injured however the incident is causing traffic delays.”
